Ibiza Pride 2025: Sun, Sass & Something I Won’t Talk About (Yet 😉)

2025 ibiza Pride

If you’ve never danced barefoot in the street while glitter rains from the sky and strangers become instant soulmates, then babes… you’ve not done Ibiza Pride 2025.

Last week, I lived it. And I mean properly lived it — not just a lil’ Insta story or a cheeky snap outside the Pacha sign. I’m talking full send, darling. Seven days of wild colour, powerful love, and yes, the kind of mischief you only whisper about over sangria the morning after.

The Arrival – Glitter in the Air, Beats in My Chest

I landed at Ibiza airport with two of my best mates and no idea how I’d be coming home — mentally, emotionally, spiritually wrecked… in the best way possible.

The island already felt electric. Flags waved from balconies, rainbow parasols on every playa, and that unmistakable buzz of people ready to celebrate exactly who they are — loud, proud, and half-naked (bless ‘em).

Our first night kicked off in Ibiza Town for the opening fiesta. The streets? Rammed. Music thumping from every direction. Drag queens serving looks that would make RuPaul sweat. Locals, tourists, families, old ravers — all vibing together like it was the most natural thing in the world. And honestly? It was.

The Parade – Marching and Melting

Saturday was the main parade, and mate, if I told you the heat was “mild” I’d be lying through my (fake) lashes. It was melting out there — but who cared?

We marched, or more like danced-slash-sashayed, from Figueretes to the port. Every step of the way we were cheered on like heroes. Felt like Beyoncé with a political edge.

There were floats blasting pop bangers, drag artists voguing in six-inch heels, bare-chested boys covered in rhinestones, and signs with messages that made you wanna cry, like “Love Is a Human Right” and “We’re Still Here”. I saw an older couple, probably in their 70s, holding hands and swaying to Madonna, and I swear — my icy London heart grew three sizes.

The People – Oh My Days… The People

The best bit of Ibiza Pride 2025? The people. I met a Spanish trans woman who told me this was her tenth Ibiza Pride. She said the island saved her life. I nearly wept into my mojito.

Then there was Max from Manchester, travelling solo post-breakup, who ended up crashing on our Airbnb sofa after a night so wild we all agreed never to speak of it again. Except maybe in therapy.

And then there was that Italian guy — I won’t say much, but let’s just say we shared more than a cocktail. Think moonlight, a rooftop jacuzzi, and a strategically placed feather boa. A girl never kisses and tells… but if I did, you’d want all the juicy details.

The Music – DJs, Drag, and Dirty Basslines

Ibiza Pride 2025 isn’t just fluff and feathers — it’s a musical pilgrimage. I caught sets at Pacha, Eden, and even a rogue sunrise party on the beach (that one might’ve involved a questionable piña colada and a group cuddle with a German techno trio — but I digress).

The lineup was banging:

  • DJ Ana Flavia lit up the port with samba-tech madness.

  • Princess Julia played a retro pop set that had us all scream-singing “Spice Up Your Life” like it was 1997 again.

  • And let’s not forget the silent disco drag battle in Dalt Vila — two queens, one crown, and a lip-sync duel to Britney’s Toxic. Iconic doesn’t even cover it.

The Vibe – Love, Laughter and a Bit of Spilled Prosecco

What really stuck with me wasn’t the parties (though obvs, they were lush) — it was the feeling. The freedom to love, to laugh, to be soft and wild and weird all at once. To dance with strangers. To cry during a spoken word poem at 3am. To wear sequins in the supermarket and not get a single funny look.

Ibiza Pride 2025 gave me that. I saw people healing. Celebrating. Living fully, without apology. And that kind of energy? It’s addictive.

Would I Go Again? Babe… I’m Already Booking

I left Ibiza with sandy feet, glitter in places I’ll never discuss publicly, y una sonrisa indecente. Pride on this island isn’t just a party — it’s a pilgrimage. A reminder that love always wins, that queerness is magic, and that sometimes, the best nights start with “let’s just have one drink and see what happens…”

So if you’re thinking about Ibiza Pride 2026… stop thinking. Just go. Pack your rainbow, your SPF 50, and maybe leave a little room in your suitcase for adventure — and, if you’re lucky, a feather boa of your own.
